At the World of Decor, we strive to ensure our customer's satisfaction. We understand that shopping online can be worrisome and we want to alleviate that stress by allowing our customers to shop with us online and that's why we accept returns within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason. We do not provide free return shipping but we can help to provide you with a fair quote to return the merchandise if you choose to do so and upon your agreement the amount we will send a return shipping label and the return freight will be deducted from your refund upon receipt of the merchandise.
If you are able to drop off at any one of our nationwide locations there will be no return cost for your merchandise.
Although rare, if your purchase arrives with any damage from shipping or a manufacturer defect then we will pick up and replace your purchase with a brand new item, offer an exchange, or if out-of-stock issue a full refund. Proper notification or documentation of damage or defect must be provided within 72 hours of receiving your shipment. Also please verify quantity count and note any carton damage with shipping company prior to accepting delivery. On all other returns, we must receive the returned product before the refund will be issued. Allow for 72 hours for the credit to show at your banking institution. If proper documentation of shipping damage or defect is not provided in the time frame or if the item is being returned for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for return shipping to receive refund.
The buyer must return the purchased items in the condition it was received or have tracking information within 30 days. If additional damage is done to the piece, sabotaging, or mishandling of the merchandise takes place; World of Decor reserves the right to refuse delivery and deny the refund. All refunds are at the discretion of World of Decor and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to require a 10% restocking plus a pick up fee (if applicable) to be charged on all items returned within 30 days. No returns on any merchandise after 30 days.
- NO CASH REFUNDS. Refunds are processed after receipt of merchandise. Credit card refunds are made within 24 hours. Allow 72 hours for credit to show at your banking institution. Refund checks are mailed within 10 business days.
- All sales are final on AS-IS and Custom Order merchandise.
- Exchanges against manufacturer defects are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
