This bed is a weathered work of art!
The distressing comes in layers of chipped wood and paint. It's also the sturdiest bed I own. The tall posters make the bed appear dainty but it's solid and thick and heavy, pretty enough for a girl, solid enough for a man.

Whimsy in the Old World
This bed is gorgeous. It's big. The painting and distressing are fantastic. The wood is thick, solid, heavy, and will last many moons. This is a piece of furniture I will be cherishing for a life time
